Lichii nx2 build 75 (c9ebb5c)

November 5, 2026

Summary

build-75 adds game fixes, an in-app updater that selects downloads for the user's platform, and expanded optional frame-dump diagnostics.

Changes (up to 5)

Build notes (up to 3)

  • Linux packages are available as AppImage and tar.gz for x86_64 and aarch64. AppImage requires glibc 2.39 or newer; tar.gz uses system libraries, including Qt 6 and the usual libraries.
  • Windows offers an MSVC zip and a PGO zip. The MSVC build is the only Windows build with NVIDIA DLSS and is also recommended if graphical issues occur on other builds. The MinGW clang PGO zip bundles its own DLLs and does not require the Visual C++ redistributable; it does not include NVIDIA DLSS.
  • The macOS arm64 package requires macOS 15 or newer and is not notarized.

Lichii nx2 build 70 (286117c)

November 4, 2026

Summary

build-70 includes game fixes, emulation and video improvements, macOS performance work, and setup guidance for Linux, Windows, and macOS.

Changes (up to 5)

  • Star Fox: Now renders instead of showing a black screen. The DLSS network uses Lichii's de-jitter stand-in to reduce smearing and stretched geometry; shader lowering and HID command 300 controller input are included.
  • Donkey Kong Bananza: Fixes the crash after cutscenes and reduces stutter from command-page draining on the split GPU thread. The game runs well, though not at a locked 60 fps.
  • Kirby Air Riders: Fixes the white world, improves shader translation and pipeline building, and shortens race stalls. Some races still stall while shaders build.
  • Mario Tennis Fever: Fixes device loss when the first court loads.
  • Nintendo Switch Sports Resort: System mixer audio in S16 format now plays, with upstream fixes ported.

  • Windows provides an MSVC zip and a PGO zip built with MinGW clang. The MSVC build is the only Windows build with NVIDIA DLSS and is also recommended if graphical issues occur on other builds. The PGO build bundles its own DLLs and does not require the Visual C++ redistributable; it does not include NVIDIA DLSS.
  • The macOS package targets arm64 Apple Silicon and requires macOS 15 or newer. It is not notarized.

Now boots, completes the intro, and enters gameplay. A white screen was resolved after about 80 shaders became translatable; a 64-bit wait-on-address abort was also addressed.

Zelda: Ocarina of Time

Outdoor areas have far too much fog and glow compared with console; performance is about 12–22 fps on a Ryzen 5900X with an RTX 3080, and three rare shaders remain unsupported.

No fix is provided.

On RTX 50-series GPUs, the GPU device can still be lost after a scene change.

Suggested fix: Try NVIDIA driver 610.88.
